While CI specializes in the financial sector, we also collaborate with payment brands, fintechs, processing systems, and technology companies across LATAM. We're Looking For a Consultant Performance Analytics with strong experience translating data into insights by leveraging customer data to design, implement, and scale analytical solutions for customers. Please note: Candidates without recent or relevant experience in financial services, banking platforms, or regulated environments will not be considered. Profile Requirements: Education: Undergraduate degree with data and analytics experience in business intelligence and/or descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive analytics. Qualifications: Experience with Hadoop framework (Impala, Hive, or PySpark) and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Experience: Proven experience in managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment and working with large-scale data analysis. Knowledge: Familiarity with building, managing, and maintaining database structures. ️ Software Proficiency: Python, R, SQL, or SAS. Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments. Additional Tools: Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills. Languages (mandatory)English: Advanced. Key Responsibilities Provide creative input on projects across various industries and problem statements. Contribute to the development of analytics strategies and programs by leveraging data and technology solutions; Collaborate with internal teams and client analysts to understand needs and risks. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data analysis. Lead internal and client meetings, contributing to project management and strategy development. Design, implement, and scale analytical solutions to enhance the digital payments experience and manage fraud/risk. Contract & Work Model Duration: 6-month temporary contract (with potential for extension).. Contract Type: PJ (Honorários - CNPJ). Work Model: Híbrido em São Paulo (conforme diretrizes da squad).
