We are a leading technology consultancy with a presence in seven European Union countries, specializing in the management, implementation, development and maintenance of information systems.With more than 150 active partners, we operate in strategic sectors such as banking, insurance, automotive, aviation, telecommunications, services and energy, driving innovation and digital transformation.Excellence, proximity and innovation are the pillars that distinguish us and enable us to support companies in building technological solutions that make a difference.What will you be doing:Providing application support and monitoring using Dynatrace;Troubleshooting and resolving issues in Linux-based environments;Ensuring observability and performance optimization of applications;Collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to enhance system reliability;Writing and executing SQL queries for data analysis and issue resolution;Establishing best practices for application performance and monitoring;What are we looking for?Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar;Minimum 3 years of experience in Application Support, with at least 3 years of Dynatrace experience;Experience with Linux environments;SQL knowledge (other database experience is also considered);Experience in Observability/Monitoring tools (Dynatrace preferred);Java knowledge is a plus;Minimum B2 level in English (written and spoken), and Portuguese;Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills;Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams;Hybrid work model: available to work in Porto or Lisbon;Mandatory availability to relocate (from Brazil to Portugal).
