What will you do?Provide L2/L3 support for cloud-hosted applications and platforms; Monitor systems and applications to ensure availability and performance; Troubleshoot incidents related to cloud infrastructure, applications, and integrations; Support applications developed in Java or another Programming language; Work closely with development, DevOps, and cloud teams; Analyze logs, monitor systems, and perform root cause analysis (RCA); Ensure service availability and meet SLA requirements.
