The ideal scenario to expand ideas through the right tools, contributing to our success in a collaborative environment.We are looking for a EMS Specialist, who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract, remote, in Brazil.In this role you will:Responsible for the implementation, operation, and optimization of Energy Management Systems (EMS) supporting power generation and transmission networks. This role focuses on ensuring reliable, efficient, and secure operation of the electrical system. Experience in EMS platforms (GE products) required.Responsibilities:Implement, configure, and maintain EMS platforms for real-time monitoring and control of generation units and transmission assets.Support generation control, frequency and voltage regulation through EMS functionalities.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on EMS software to generation and transmission environments.Act as a middle between the client and the EMS development team and check if EMS customizations/applications are following the technical specification.Provide technical support and training to operational and engineering teams.Validate EMS data model.Collaborate with SCADA system teams for proper integration.Adjustment of network and generation applications (in run time).Create a valid DTS (Dispatcher Training Simulator) model and test DTS events with the customer.Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for optimizing generation dispatch, transmission flows, and system efficiency.Provide support to project teams by assisting with troubleshooting, application data modeling, and implementing effective solutions.Maintain and organize project documentation, including technical reports and drawings.Provide training to users and operators as needed.Qualifications / Essential Criteria:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Automation, or related field.Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).Proven experience in EMS platforms (GE products).Strong understanding of transmission/generation system operations.Desirable Criteria:Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts effectively.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Committed to maintaining the highest standards of service quality in all aspects of project delivery.Good troubleshooting skills: know how to identify and escalate problems that have an impact on the client and / or strategic initiatives.>>>What do we offer?
