Responsibilities Provide English-Portuguese translation support for sales documents, meetings, and on-site communications to ensure smooth cross-cultural collaboration. Gather target customer information, accompany team members on client visits for business development, and assist in finalizing new customer contracts. Assist in formulating sales plans aligned with company goals and drive the effective achievement of business objectives. Conduct regular customer maintenance, proactively follow up on client needs, and coordinate the resolution of customer exceptions and complex issues. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline sales processes and ensure timely delivery of customer requests. Other tasks assigned by leadership to support overall sales operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Translation, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Good command of Portuguese and English Capable of on-site interpretation and real-time communication.
