Who We Are Seeking:We seek a talented and experienced Cloud Engineer to operate and harden our design and deploy our services and network on AWS. This role presents an excellent opportunity for those looking to work in a dynamic environment and be part of a high-performing international team, offering ample opportunities for growth and development in technical and interpersonal skills.Your Role and Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS utilizing TerraformAutomate deployment processes, infrastructure monitoring, and management;Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using native AWS, Azure DevOps or Github Actions.Ensure high availability and scalability of cloud services;Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices throughout the software development lifecycle;Monitor and optimize the performance and costs of AWS infrastructure;Manage and resolve production incidents, implementing prevention measures;Prepare and maintain technical documentation of infrastructure and processes;Implement security practices in cloud infrastructure, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.Essential Qualifications:Solid experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and its services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS, ECR, etc.);Experience with automation tools and configuration management (Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation);Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, preferably with AWS CodePipeline and Azure DevOpsExperience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes);Familiarity with cloud security practices and DevSecOps;Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills;Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment;Advanced English, both spoken and written.Desirable Qualifications:Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, and 10 years of equivalent professional experience;AWS certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer);Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);Experience working with international, cross-functional, and remote teams;Excellent written and oral communication skills.Who We Are:DevGrid is a top-tier software consulting company based in the UK, with a development hub in Brazil and operations spanning Europe and the US.
