Flexible to work in the shifts.Primary skills:Strong communication skills and experience in managing various stakeholder relationships to gain consensus on complex technical solutions.Experience in architecting, designing, and implementing solutions on-premises, in the cloud, and using hybrid models.Hands-onexperience in deploying a variety of generative models.In-depth experience in fine-tuning and customizing pretrained AI models, with good understanding of various patterns and practices in AI, data engineering, and large data processing.Hands-on in Prompt Engineering, Azure Open AI, Form Recognizer, Cognitive Search, Vector Databases.Develop and deliver upskilling sessions to the customer.Python and PySparkSecondary Skills:MLOps and LLMOps.Certifications (Must Have)Microsoft Certified: Azure DeveloperAssociate (AZ-204)Certifications (Good to Have)Microsoft Certified Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-303 & AZ-304)AI-102: Microsoft Certified Azure AI Engineer AssociateDP-100: Microsoft Certified Azure Data Scientist AssociateDatabricks Professional Certificate in Large Language ModelsSoft Skills:Good customer connects.
