We pride ourselves on our technical acumen, our collaborative problem-solving ability, and the warm professionalism of our teams.Avenue Code has been believing in and promoting plurality actions for over 10 years, understanding that recognizing differences and fostering a safe environment, employment opportunities, representation, and support are the best ways to promote an increasingly equitable culture.About the opportunity:Job Title: Senior Applied Scientist (AI/ML - Customer Science Team)Team Focus: Marketing and Sales decision-making; transforming customer behavior into measurable objectives (acquisition, conversion, retention, revenue optimization).Key Responsibilities:Research, design, and develop ML, statistical, and causal models for Marketing/Sales (Propensity, Uplift, Attribution, Forecasting).Translate business problems into objectives, loss functions, and evaluation frameworks.Design feature representations for customer behavior and lifecycle dynamics.Design/analyze experiments (A/B, A/A, geo tests, incrementality, diff-in-diff).Build evaluation frameworks aligned to business outcomes (ROI, CAC, GMV/LTV).Partner with Marketing/Sales to define success metrics and decision thresholds.Own end-to-end ML lifecycle (data acquisition to monitoring).Develop scalable code/services integrating with CRM and marketing platforms.Communicate insights and business implications to stakeholders.Mentor junior scientists and help establish Customer Science best practices.Requirements: ( Computer Vision and emphasizes Causal Inference).Avenue Code reinforces its commitment to privacy and to all the principles guaranteed by the most accurate global data protection laws, such as GDPR, LGPD, CCPA and CPRA.
