You'll manage full-cycle recruitment for technology roles, develop sourcing strategies, and partner closely with hiring managers and engineering leaders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles, including developers and product managers.Execute advanced sourcing strategies, market mapping, and headhunting.Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS tools to build strong pipelines.Partner with hiring managers and engineering teams to understand technical requirements and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.Drive KPIs for candidate submissions, interviews, and successful placements.Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reporting for client updates.Ideal Candidate Profile3–4 years of hands-on experience in tech recruitment, preferably in product-based companies or startups.Strong analytical skills and ability to manage high-volume hiring.Expertise in market mapping, headhunting, and advanced sourcing techniques.Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and Boolean search.Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus.Skilled at engaging technical talent and understanding niche skill sets.Strategic mindset, adaptability, and strong stakeholder management.Comfortable working in a hybrid model with office presence twice a week in São Paulo.Ready to make an impact?
