RESPONSIBILITIES
Technically assessing and monitoring relevant market drivers which has a direct impact in our solutions (i.e. costs of energy sources vs our sparing energy approach for GAA, cost for prevention and treatment of specific diseases vs the investment and added value of our monitoring tool ScreenFloX, cost for controlling disease outbreak vs the GHS investment and its added value, etc.)
Technical assessment of competitor’s portfolio of products, technical services, consulting and digital services.
Competitor’s Go to Market assessment
Assessment of competitor’s value proposition and customer’s perceived value of the most important existing solutions available in the market (products, technical services, consulting and digital services) compared to Evonik’s solutions
Gap analysis of the Value generation of Evonik’s solutions compared to our main competitors.
Price monitoring vs customer’s value perception of our main competitors in regional markets, as well as the currency ratio effect at our CM generation
Market competitivity landscape, life cycle analysis and predicted contribution margin assessment of different product types (enzymes, organic acids, probiotics, prebiotics, etc.).
Digital services analysis about what has been developing and what is going to be developed in the future with the new available technologies (industry 4.0)
Industry’s and market’s assessment at a global and regional levels
Support in the product launching activities related to the Value generation analysis for the portfolio development strategy
Other specific Business Intelligence demands or projects raised by other colleagues from our team (Consulting experts, Portfolio Development and Strategic Marketing positions)

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s in Veterinary or Animal Science required. Desired to have master’s degree in animal science
At least 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience in related field
Someone who has experience in business and market intelligence in the Animal Nutrition and Health areas
Desired to have experiences in:
Sales & Marketing areas
Multicultural skills
Team work
Basic financial skills (for business case purposes)
Good capacity and skills to make analysis and reports
Knowledge on the Animal Protein Market
