Continuous Improvement Manager - São Paulo/SP

What will your responsibilities be?

Provide support across EBS functions with the management of demands on all improvement initiatives, ensuring the appropriate resources are involved, including EBS North America functional areas, GPOs, and Corporate areas whenever needed. Assist the EBS leaders with the planning and execution of projects related to the enhancement of service performance. Support the team to perform process improvement with a defined methodology; Ensure the EBS process documentation and maps are updated within standards, analyzing KPI’s to identify gaps, looking for continuous improvement opportunities and driving on prioritization, in addition to guaranteeing technical definitions are set. Partner, influence and train EBS teams to keep them up-to-date, adapted, and able to perform the process improvement competence. Strategize on identifying and planning the EBS technical training paths; Lead the process of integrating/changing new processes/areas to the EBS structure, performing, and supporting the whole integration process.

What do you need for this role?

Bachelor's Business Management, Economics, Information Technology, Engineering or related field; Experience with change management Shared Services, End to end process and Global process; Experience with SAP, Service Now, Concur, Management systems Visio or Signavio flow charting; Microsoft Office Suite; English Advanced.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Experience leading business processes with process design and improvement, customer service, KPI analysis and/or quality management; Excellent project management and process documentation/improvement skills; Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills; Strong process management and process mapping skills; Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliance; Strong customer focus; Ability to effectively develop strong partnerships with supporting functions across Mosaic; Mastery of continuous improvement methodology (kaizen, lean six sigma, lean office); Open-minded professionals, innovation mindset; Strategic vision, breadth of business vision.
