Assist on the planning process and routines, assuring reliable and accurate reports to the headquarters. Also, will help to create insightful information for the local management to overcome risks and optimize opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

Assure timely, complete and reliable Finance Report;

Consolidate Planning reports within Company System (Hyperion - SAP): balance sheet, Profit&Loss, cash flow, and Capital Expenditures;

Assit on the reviewing and designing the planning policies and processes (forecast, budget, actuals, business review);

Monitor and analyze Actual vs Budgets/Forecasts and vs previous Years;

Prepare variances analysis for Local Management and Headquarter;

Assure that the reports are in compliance with group controlling and reporting standards;

Review and adjust cost center structure, considering planning policies and management requirements;

Assure data quality and full conciliation with accountancy ledgers;

Working experience: minimum 3 years in Finance; Advanced English; Graduation in Accountancy, Business or related areas; Solid background in Controlling (Financial Planning) & Accounting; SAP (FI, CO, Hana, and BI) user knowledge is a must; High proficiency in Excel; Result and performance-oriented; Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers, cross-functional teams, and global technical teams; Self-motivated, self-directed, flexible, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment. Travel 0-10%
