IT Business Systems Analyst

The IT Business Analyst position deals with daily support for applications/databases (IT Operation) and transcribes business demands into new projects and enhancements. This role has constant involvement with local business areas, global support teams and suppliers, maintaining a good relationship and strong interaction with business areas and suppliers from different segments.
Main activities:
Provide direct support for the Warehouse Management (MHS - Material Handling System) application in terms of development, rollout, maintenance and daily support Support all applications related with Warehouse Management system and cooperation with related departments Propose and cooperate on enhancements and improvement of Warehouse Management system Source code management, change management, documentation management for local applications Administer MS-SQL Database as well as in Develop in SQL SAP Brazil localization support in Nota Fiscal, SD, MM and FI managing demands addressed to SAP consulting companies and SAP COE Support level 1 for local applications, like Mastersaf DW, Mastersaf DFe, CAPPE… Process and procedure design, documentation and support for IT related projects Ensure that change management process is followed for Warehouse Management, local applications and SAP systems Guarantee that demands coming from users are captured in tickets, properly segregated between incidents, requests and provide solution under agreed SLA Prepare monthly reports regarding IT KPIs (Warehouse Management system and Local Applications) Project management related to Warehouse Management system, local application and SAP Develop requirements and define appropriate technologies for our business in accordance with global IT policies and standard Keep IT Controls and Documentation updated, such as but not limited to: DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan), ARP (Application Recovery Plan), AIA (Application Impact Analysis), Desk procedures, user manuals. Ensure compliance with health, safety, energy and natural resource preservation requirements in order to guarantee the safety, well-being of people and the maintenance of the environmentRequirements:
Bachelor Degree in Information Technology Fluent in Professional English Minimum 3 years' experience in the area Intermediate level knowledge in Project Management Intermediate level knowledge in Java, .net core, MS-SQL Reporting, ASP.NET, Angular Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft SQL Database (procedures, function, triggers, tables, view, commands, connectivity) Intermediate level knowledge in SAP Brazil localization for MM, SD, FI and Nota Fiscal modules Intermediate level knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 package.
