A Snapshot of Your Day

You will be actively working to support the technical mechanical support of the RCE products and work with the rest of the team on analysis and monitoring all the LATAM countries.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Provide remote support to internal and external customers across different platforms. Assist specialists in developing rules and analyzing data. Remote assistance to field tasks providing documentation, procedures, adjustment values, etc. Create customer reports and ticketing activities ensuring they are timely, concise and technically accurate whilst providing maximum business leverage. Lead local research and development activities that have been agreed by the global CTS (Customer Technical Support) through the Product Development process. Engage globally with CTS, external suppliers, universities, clients and professional workers to maintain competitive advantage. Identify development opportunities and support CTS's overall R&D engineering priorities. Work with RDS Operations, Technical Services, and Product Management teams to develop and maintain the continued growth of CTS's value-adding capabilities. Participate as needed in product line technology reviews to provide CTS feedback for product improvement. Occasional site assistance performing field tasks, such as: engineering support, field specialist, etc.

What You Bring

Advanced degree ( in Mechanical Engineering. 5+ years’ experience with compressor and technical support. Fluent English and Advanced Spanish is preferable. Availability to travel domestically or internationally.
