Jr Account Analyst

Job Description

Mapping and conciliation of transactions involving chart of accounts, also Bank, customer, supplier, general expenses, assets and liabilities, ensuring control and record of historical data to respond audit, tax authorities and management.

Exchange rate variation calculation and conciliation.

Customer relationship as per sharing updated information on due date and overdue invoices in a weekly basis.

Conciliation, control and record of travel and corporate expenses – focal point to manage travel expenses with users.

Conciliation and control ensuring proper accountability of import process and a wide view of payments in advance, imports in progress and completed process.

Carry out inherent activities of the position in charge.

Qualifications

- Minimun experience in accounting routines.

- Previous experience in mid-size/large companies;

- Advanced English language skills

- Proficiency in MS Office applications, mainly excel;

- Acknowledgement on SAP ERP system and Power BI will be a plus;

- Motivation, proactivity and strong analytical profile;

- Good communications skills.

- Acknowledgement on offshore intercompany payments procedures by experience last resolutions from AFIP and Central bank of Argentina official statement;
