Primary job duties include, but are not limited to:
Primary responsibilities will revolve around support for operational compliance processes and communications development. The focus of your day may vary from providing support to our required learning processes, win the right way campaigns, compliance news, and training development and coordination. You will be working with team-members and extended business unit partners globally with primary contacts typically located in North America.
Participates in developing functional requirements for business systems; tests, training and implements applications.
Participates in customer support processes and activities for the implementation of new or existing applications.
Design, prototype, and test new or enhanced applications with guidance.
Monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of application operations and troubleshoot problems, as necessary.
Translate client's requirements to functional documentation, participate in technical designs and test plan with coaching and training.
What You Have - Skills and Experiences:
Business Analysis: Knowledge of business analysis and the set of tasks, techniques and tools required to identify business needs; ability to recommend solutions that deliver value to stakeholders.
Effective Communications : Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Core Application Systems: Knowledge of major production application systems used for delivery of services to internal and external clients; ability to leverage major production application systems in diverse situations.
Information Capture: Knowledge of the methods, channels, and processes to obtain needed information; ability to identify, capture and document relevant business information in an auditable, organized, understandable and easily retrievable manner.
Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
IT Environment: Knowledge of an organization's IT purposes and activities; ability to create an effective IT environment for business operations.
IT Standards, Procedures & Policies: Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) standards and policies; ability to utilize a variety of administrative skill sets and technical knowledge to manage organizational IT policies, standards, and procedures.
System and Technology Integration: Knowledge of the features and facilities of systems; ability to integrate and communicate among applications, databases, and technology platforms.
Top Candidates Will Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or similar IT areas. Pre-Advanced English. Proficiency in MS365 products. ITIL knowledge.Desired Background/Experience:
