Onshore Mechanical Maintenance Coordinator

Atribuições:

  • Cooordenar a equipe mecânica, fornecendo orientação, suporte e mentoria em todos os assuntos mecânicos (turbomáquinas, motores diesel, equipamentos rotativos, guindastes, melhorias na eficácia da manutenção e desenvolvimento da cultura de confiabilidade etc.);
  • O Coordenador de Manutenção Mecânica Onshore liderará e organizará a equipe com o objetivo principal de fornecer revisões, otimizar a manutenção, reforçar a análise de causa raiz e impulsionar a inovação com propostas de melhorias contínuas com foco no monitoramento de processos e custos associados;
  • Ser capaz procurar soluções alternativas em caso de pontos de bloqueio;


  • Acompanhar e organizar os trabalhos da equipe mecânica de manutenção;
  • Acompanhar e monitorar com ferramentas apropriadas grandes projetos e revisões;
  • Desenvolver e identificar pontos únicos de falha em equipamentos mecânicos;
  • Desenvolver plano de ação associado para reconquistar redundância e confiabilidade;
  • Implementar e seguir plano de manutenção preditiva de equipamentos mecânicos;
  • Apoiar equipe offshore na preparação dos trabalhos, trazer suporte técnico e propor solução para melhoria;
  • Liderar solicitação de reengenharia em caso de material obsoleto;
  • Desenvolver e acompanhar análises de causa raiz em equipamentos mecânicos.
  • Reforçar a cultura SAP e participar ativamente no reforço e reestruturação de dados mestre (plano de manutenção, lista de materiais, atualização de peças de reposição.);
  • Interface com Gestão de Equipes, Gerente de manutenção, Equipe offshore;

  • Ser capaz de evoluir em ambiente interdisciplinar.;
  • Excelentes habilidades interpessoais;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar num ambiente multinacional;
  • Demonstra disposição para tomar decisões estratégicas e capacidade para resolver problemas complexos;
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e elaboração de relatórios;
  • Capacidade de analisar lotes de dados para conduzir a manutenção com base em falhas e perdas;
  • Boas habilidades de resolução de problemas e atitude prática;
  • Graduação em Engenharia Mecânica;
  • Inglês fluente ou avançado;
  • Conhecimento de planta de processo (Diagramas de Fluxo de Processo, Diagramas de Tubulação e Instrumentação);
  • Conhecimentos de Excel (solver e VBA) e SAP;
  • Experiência anterior em campo;
