A equipe é formada por Suporte ao Cliente, Handover, Contratos, Orçamentos e Faturamento de Serviços.

Você será responsável por

  • liderar e orientar a equipe interna e externa de atendimento ao cliente, garantindo altos padrões de atendimento;
  • Responsável pela satisfação do cliente e requisitos relevantes de qualidade, legais e de conformidade.
  • Suas responsabilidades incluirão, além de gerenciar a equipe, desenvolver pessoas, resolver problemas complexos e escalações, aplicar resolução de problemas (Problem Solving),
  • Mapear o Fluxo de Valor, analisar KPIs de desempenho, governar planos de ação e colaborar com outras equipes para melhorar o cliente experiência. Habilidades interpessoais, capacidade de tomada de decisão e conhecimento dos sistemas de suporte ao cliente são essenciais.

Você é a pessoa certa se:

  • Ensino superior completo;
  • Pacote Office avançado (Excel, Power Point, Word, Automate, Power BI) Conhecimento de SAP e Força de Vendas);
  • Capacidade de analisar indicadores de desempenho e implementar melhorias. Conhecimento de ferramentas Lean (Resolução de Problemas, Gestão Diária, VSM, Kaizens)
  • Foco na excelência do atendimento e na satisfação do cliente.
  • Disponibilidade para horários flexíveis (final de trimestre), caso necessário.
