What will you do?

Seeking out and understanding the needs of customers and the market, collecting data from various sources, such as surveys, interviews and analysis of historical data, identifying market opportunities, validating hypotheses and problems that the product can solve - it is important that the PO understands these points for Brazilian customers/markets in need of a global account (in dollars) as well as for customers residing in the USA who need and are looking for a complete digital account and the particularities of this market; Build a clear product vision, describing what the product should be and how it should meet customer needs, as this will be the compass for product development, ensuring alignment with Inter's objectives and strategy; Define the product's roadmap and backlog, balancing short-term objectives, such as launching new features or improving the user experience, with long-term objectives, such as increasing revenue or market share, prioritizing features that will have the greatest impact on the product's success and aligning this prioritization with stakeholders (UX, IT, legal, Growth and other areas); Manage stakeholders (people, groups or parts of the company that have an interest in the product, such as customers, suppliers, executives, developers, design, service and marketing teams) and communicate clearly, aiming to balance everyone's needs, expectations and objectives, sharing the product's vision and purpose, ensuring everyone's commitment to the product's success, building trust and credibility; Define metrics and indicators, measuring the health, performance and success of the product, in order to map improvements, evolution and decision-making about the product; Managing product development and its stages efficiently and effectively, ensuring that the product is launched on time and within budget; Validating the product with clients, collecting feedback and carrying out tests during the development process, altering and making the necessary adjustments in order to meet their needs; Monitoring metrics and the achievement of targets for the product in production, managing changes effectively, based on the inevitable alteration of scenarios during the course of development, which may be internal (in terms of scalability, technical solution, security factor, alteration of strategy) or external (competition, market and regulation).

What are we looking for?

- Full degree in Administration, Technology, Data, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Design, Projects or related areas;
- Have worked in the specification, development and management of digital products in financial institutions or international digital platforms;
Advanced English;
- A Product certification (Tera, PM3, etc.);
- Knowledge of US banking or payments market, market needs, user habits and regulation is a plus;
- Availability to work in Belo Horizonte/MG.
