Descrição da vaga

  • Conduzir análises aprofundadas de processos existentes para identificar oportunidades de melhoria e eficiência. 

  • Desenvolver e executar planos de projeto para implementação de melhorias, garantindo a aderência aos prazos e orçamentos estabelecidos. 

  • Liderar e mentorar equipes em iniciativas de melhoria contínua, utilizando metodologias como Lean, Six Sigma, e Kaizen. 

  • Facilitar sessões de treinamento e workshops para promover a cultura de melhoria contínua na organização. 

  • Colaborar com stakeholders internos e externos para garantir a integração eficaz das mudanças de processo. 

  • Monitorar, analisar e reportar o impacto das melhorias nos indicadores de desempenho. 

  • Fornecer consultoria especializada e recomendações estratégicas à alta gestão. 

  • Manter-se atualizado com as últimas tendências e tecnologias em melhoria de processos. 

  • Treinamento e Orientação: Fornecer treinamento e orientação para as equipes sobre os requisitos de conformidade e boas práticas de gestão de processos. 


Qualificações

  • Experiência em funções de melhoria contínua ou consultoria operacional. 

  • Experiência comprovada em liderança de projetos de melhoria e gestão de equipes. 

  • Excelentes habilidades analíticas, estratégicas e de resolução de problemas. 

  • Habilidades de comunicação e apresentação excepcionais. 

  • Disponibilidade para viajar, se necessário. 

 

Formação:

  • Graduação em Engenharia, Administração de Empresas ou campo relacionado. Pós-graduação ou MBA é um diferencial. 

  • Certificação avançada em Lean, Six Sigma (Black Belt ou Master Black Belt preferencial).
