Job Description

Manages the development and/or implementation of Motorola Solutions products or services. Lead medium to large projects or part of highly complex projects. Direct and coordinate project team activities. Demonstrate strong knowledge in all PMBOK areas and in all project phases in order to be able to create and maintain a complete project plan; Keep register of all official communications with customer, like meeting minutes and letters. Interface with Order Management to ensure all Orders and Revenue goals of the project are achieved. Interface with Procurement to ensure 3rd party equipment and services acquisitions in order to meet project schedule and budget. Get, store and publish internally all contractual project deliverable acceptance (partial or definitive). Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgraded existing products or services. Manages projects from inception to completion (or transition), including tracking and evaluation of project performance. Ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and within accepted quality metrics. Participates in project review and status meetings, and communicates project status. Utilizes project management methodologies to ensure maximum project effectiveness. Motivates project team to ensure optimal performance. May assist in the development of business plans, strategies, and approaches to take advantage of business opportunities.


Basic Requirements

Graduated in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or areas related to Information Technology. Advanced English Mandatory. Minimum 7 years of Project Management experience. Experience in relationship with several levels inside customers. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel e PowerPoint) and Suite Google (Docs, Sheets, Presentation). Knowledge Microsoft Project and/or Primavera is highly desirable. PMP Certification is highly desirable. Self motivated and capable of working toward objectives. Capable of working in a fast pace environment. Excellent interpersonal relationship, presentation and negotiation skills. This position will demand continuous interfacing with customer, subcontractors and internal stakeholders via in-person meetings and conference calls.  Willingness to travel 25 to 50% of the time.
