Position: Latam Account Manager
Salary Range: $2.000 to $2,500 USD monthly
Holidays: Local holidays off.

Overview:
Join our dynamic team, a leading technology company specializing in IT solutions and services. We offer a wide range of services including software development, IT consulting, and digital transformation solutions.
We’re looking for a motivated IT Account Manager to help drive our growth and connect with potential clients.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting: Identify potential customers through various sources, including social media, databases, and networking events.
Cold Calling: Initiate contact with potential clients via phone calls to generate interest in our products or services.
Email Follow-ups: Send follow-up emails to maintain contact and move prospects through the sales funnel.
Lead Nurturing: Build relationships with prospects over time to convert them into qualified leads.
Reporting to Manager: Provide regular updates and reports on progress, performance metrics, and any challenges encountered.
Booking Meetings: Schedule appointments or meetings with prospects for further discussion or consultations.
Organization: Keep CRM systems and other tracking tools up to date and manage workflow efficiently.
Product Expert: Develop a thorough understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for their needs and concerns.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years experience in sales
C1 level English proficiency preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle rejection and persevere.
Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
