In your future role as Application Manager SuccessFactors you will
Ensure the quality and performance of system solutions Manage incident resolution and maintain application integrity Uphold SLAs and align applications with regional business needs Act as a 1st escalation point for vendors and user community Maintain documentation and compliance with IM processes Participate in CAB meetings and execute changes/enhancements Support key user training and conduct periodic customer visits Collaborate on project handovers and optimization initiatives
