WHAT YOU GET TO DO
Build a strategic partner relationship with our senior leadership and management to develop solutions for their business objectives and challenges and navigating change management Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational goals and objectives. Deliver mind-blowing [internal] customer experiences for our Loadies as you sherpa employees through their lifecycle at Loadsmart including objective alignment, merit and incentive, promotions and internal movements. Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work environment. Assist in organizing and facilitating training sessions and workshops for employees and managers. Align with our Talent Acquisition Partners to craft roles based on market availability and business needs, partner to build assessments to evaluate competencies and skills and enhance the overall employment brand to drive top talent to join us Uphold an efficient and effective workstream between managers and the People & Experiences team, acting as an anchor for People Operations Ideate, create and improve talent initiatives in a rapidly changing and occasionally ambiguous environment Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding visa and immigration inquiries, providing guidance, support, and timely updates throughout the entire visa process to facilitate smooth transitions and legal compliance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a Senior Generalist role. Preferred experience working with Tech Teams (Product, Engineering, Design & Others). Advanced English skills - will use on a daily basis Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
