Medical Operations Lead

Para fortalecer o time, procuramos preencher a posição de Medical Operations Lead


Principais Responsabilidades:

Gestão de programas de suporte ao paciente, incluindo rotinas estratégicas, táticas e operacionais diárias;
 

Liderar a interação com o grupo de Operações Médicas Regional e Global e garantir uma interface eficaz com outras funções globais;
 

Garantir a governança médica, conformidade e funções de farmacovigilância atuando dentro das regras e regulamentos aplicáveis da empresa, específicos do país e internacionais;
 

Garantir a provisão de respostas de alta qualidade às perguntas sobre produtos e áreas terapêuticas da UCB provenientes de pacientes, profissionais de saúde, representantes de vendas e outras partes interessadas, através de um conhecimento extenso da área terapêutica e do produto, utilizando todos os recursos e ferramentas da empresa;
 

Supervisionar relatórios de segurança dos pacientes para as autoridades locais e de acordo com as diretrizes corporativas;
 

Garantir conformidade com as regulamentações locais e internacionais para todos os materiais científicos e promocionais, atividades e todos os outros aspectos relacionados à conformidade médica;
 

Supervisionar e fornecer suporte médico quando necessário para a função local de farmacovigilância, mantendo total conformidade com a notificação de eventos adversos para atender às regulamentações locais e internacionais.

Requerimentos:

Necessário Graduação Superior completa área de saúde, preferencialmente Medicina.

Inglês avançado/fluente.

Experiência na área clínica;

Experiência em gestão de pessoas;

Conhecimento em assuntos regulatórios e farmacovigilância.
