The Monster Ambassador Team program is a national marketing program for Monster Energy Company. The purpose of the program is to generate trials of Monster Energy Drink products by consumers, communicate the Monster brand message to consumers, generate new consumers by sampling Monster Energy Drink products and communicating the Monster Energy brand image and lifestyle, build relationships with key brand affiliates through local event marketing and networking, support the sales teams through event sampling, support event marketing through the brand platforms. MAT Team Leader oversees all aspects of the MAT team in his or her region.

Essential Job Functions

  • Recruit, Hire, Train and Manage Monster Energy Brand Ambassadors.
  • Manage MAT Team operations and equipment in the local market.
  • Build vendor and venue relationships.
  • Increase market knowledge.
  • Maintain inventory control.
  • Oversee promotional events.
  • Create event schedules.
  • Provide market success feedback.
  • Generate sales opportunity leads.
  • Submit timely and accurate expense reports.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business or Marketing
  • 2-3 years of experience leading a team and managing a budget.
  • Advance English (speak and write).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent people and communication skills, in person and via email.
  • Supervisor and scheduling experience.
  • Willing to work nights and weekends.
  • Attention to detail.
