Principais atividades:

Suportar as demandas da fábrica relacionadas ao processo produtivo; Sugerir e implantar melhorias de processos; Diagnosticar problemas, planejar soluções e executá-las; Orientar o grupo de trabalho no uso das ferramentas de Lean Manufacturing; Elaborar fluxogramas, analisar e redigir descritivos dos processos, identificar riscos e manter controles internos atualizados.

Requisitos:

Ensino superior completo nos cursos de Mecânica, Automação Industrial, Engenharia ou afins; Experiência em processos e ferramentas de melhoria contínua, PDCA e Lean manufacturing; Experiência mínima de 3 anos na área de processos; Conhecimento FMEA; Vivência anterior em empresas com normas de certificação ISO 9000; Excel em nível avançado; Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial em Nova Santa Rita/RS.
