Responsabilidades:
- Captação de novos negócios para a SEEL ENGENHARIA dentro das principais empresas de Saneamento, como AEGEA, IGUÁ, BRK, ÁGUAS DO BRASIL, entre outras;
- Elaboração do plano comercial anual do mercado de saneamento;
- Acompanhamento no desenvolvimento completo de propostas comerciais e técnicas, conduzindo-as junto com times de engenharia;
- Apoio/revisão em orçamentação e formação de preços;
- Acompanhamento e follow up junto às propostas colocadas nos clientes;
- Identificação de oportunidades em prospects, buscando novos negócios na base de prospects oriunda do Plano de comercialização;
- Execução de iniciativas de comunicação com mercado a fim de gerar demandas para a empresa.

Requisitos:
- Formação em Engenharia;
- Desejável pós-graduação em Cursos de Gestão Comercial, Vendas Consultivas e Spin Selling;
- Desejável formação complementar em práticas de comercialização, como cursos extra curriculares;
- Experiência em Vendas Consultivas B2B, preferencialmente em vendas complexas;
- Experiência e conhecimento em comercialização de contratos de engenharia;
- Profundo conhecimento do mercado de Saneamento;
- Competências em Vendas Consultivas (Tactical Selling, Spin Selling e metodologias de vendas de serviços);
- Experiência em comercialização para o mercado de Saneamento;
- Forte competência em elaboração e condução de propostas comerciais e técnicas;
- Competência em revisão de orçamentação.
