How to contribute to our vision

Responsibilities:

Prepares consolidation, analysis and reporting for regular (monthly, quarterly, and annual) financial statements and provide comments Actual vs. Plan reports Analyzes, prepares, approves and reviews Business Area investments and expenditures, and provides respective reporting. Ensures proper revenue and cost controlling, and design and maintenance of underlying cost account systems. Oversees the day-to-day controlling and financial analysis operations. Oversees consolidation of balance sheet and P&L statements and reports, according to accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP, local standards, etc.). Analyses, evaluates and ensures up-to-date reports for unit or "Finance&Controlling" management. Completes projects concerning improvements of financial processes. Ensures coherence with superior Controlling standards, policies and procedures, adopts respective processes. Keeps abreast with changes of internal guidelines and external accounting standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. At least 4 years of finance progressive experience. Experience supporting international business operations. Ability to take a proactive approach to problem solving. Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals well in groups. Strong communications skills; able to clearly and concisely express technical information (or data) to non-technical associates, peers and management. Flexibility to adjust and thrive in an environment with changing requirements, schedules and priorities for multiple projects or assignments.  Excellent writing, presentation meeting facilitation skills.  Proficient in MS office. Knowledge of SAP, BI and Esprit. Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English. Travel: Approximately 20% travel.
