Job Description

Descrição da vaga:

Responsável por realizar a engenharia de sistemas e serviços de campo baseados em Sistemas de Acionamento/Drives AC e DC, controladores programáveis (PLC / PAC), IHMs, instrumentação etc;

Responsável pelas etapas de desenvolvimento de sistemas de automação: levantamento de requisitos, documentação técnica/projeto detalhado, especificação de hardware, programação de software, testes em fábrica e comissionamento/start up nas instalações dos clientes;

Atender projetos de automação utilizando-se controladores Controllogix, inversores/conversores Powerflex, FT View, IBA;

Projetar arquiteturas moderadas à complexas para novos projetos e analisar os sistemas existentes para intervenção;

Ser parte de uma equipe de projeto de implantação de soluções, com flexibilidade para viagens, se adaptar rápido às mudanças e aceitar desafios;

Ter perfil multitarefa e envolvimento em projetos simultâneos, cujas principais atribuições serão a execução de serviços de engenharia de projeto de software, programação, testes e implantação no site dos clientes.

Requisitos básicos:

Graduação em Engenharia ou Tecnologia (Automação Industrial / Eletrônica / Elétrica ou equivalente);

Comunicação avançada em inglês - oral e escrita;

Conhecimentos de redes e protocolos de comunicação industrial e experiência com ambientes de virtualização VMWare;

Certificações técnicas;

Disponibilidade para viagens e trabalhos nas instalações dos clientes.

Requisitos desejáveis:

Experiência comprovada como Engenheiro de Automação Industrial, em projetos de software para sistemas de acionamento (Drives AC e DC, PLC, Software de automação e Componentes Industriais);

Experiência prévia em projetos de automação industrial em sistemas de acionamento para as áreas de siderurgia, mineração ou papel e celulose e cargas suspensas;

Será um diferencial profissionais com conhecimentos e experiência em projetos na área de siderurgia que contenha conceitos de drive systems como desenroladeiras, enroladeiras, bridles, acumuladores, malhas de controle de velocidade e torque;

Experiência com engenharia de sistemas e serviços de campo baseados em Sistemas de Acionamento/Drives AC e DC.


Job Description:

Responsible for performing systems engineering and field services based on Drive Systems/AC and DC Drives, programmable controllers (PLC / PAC), HMIs, instrumentation etc;

Responsible for the development stages of automation systems: requirements gathering, detailed technical documentation/design, hardware specification, software programming, factory testing and commissioning/start up at customer sites;

Attend automation projects using Controllogix controllers, Powerflex inverters/converters, FT View, IBA;

Design moderate to complex architectures for new projects and analyze existing systems for intervention;

Be part of a project team implementing solutions, with flexibility to travel, adapt quickly to changes and accept challenges;

Have a multitasking profile and involvement in simultaneous projects, whose main attributions will be the execution of software design engineering services, programming, testing and implementation at the clients' site.

Basic requirements:

Bachelor's or Associate degree in Engineering (Industrial/Electronic/Electrical Automation or equivalent);

Advanced communication in English - oral and written;

Knowledge of industrial communication networks and protocols and experience with VMWare virtualization environments;

Technical certifications;

Availability for travel and work at the customer's premises.

Desirable requirements:

Proven experience as an Industrial Automation Engineer, in software projects for drive systems (AC and DC Drives, PLC, Automation Software and Industrial Components);

Previous experience in industrial automation projects in drive systems for the areas of steel, mining or pulp and paper and suspended loads;

It will be a plus professionals with knowledge and experience in projects in the steel industry, who knows drive system concepts such as unwinders, winders, bridles, accumulators, speed and torque control loops;

Experience with systems engineering and field services based on AC and DC Drive Systems/Drives.
