Reporting To: CFO (Main Office), Country Manager (Brazil)

As a Finance Director Sao Paulo (iGaming) at our company, we expect you to be responsible for:

  • Collaborate with the founding company to make strategic financial decisions and reporting according to company processes.

  • Oversee the daily operations of the financial structure in Brazil, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance.

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and ensure all practices are compliant.

  • Manage and forecast large volumes of transactions typical within the digital, e-commerce, and B2C sectors.

  • Implement robust financial systems and processes to support the company's growth and financial health.

  • Represent the company in public authorities concerning the data protection area of the company's activity.


Required skills:

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese with high proficiency to ensure effective communication across global teams.

  • Extensive experience in tax planning and compliance, preferably in a medium-sized company.

  • A solid educational background with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Proven track of record in the digital and e-commerce B2C sector, managing high transaction volumes.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Proactive and independent, capable of identifying and implementing process improvements.
