Point of Sales Supervisor

Position Summary:

Responsible to liaise with Sales, Marketing and POS development to manage the POS portfolio including custom solutions to meet all POS needs. Role will interact with International Commercial teams, Business Development, Brand Marketing, Accounting and Finance Departments, Retailers, Bottlers, POS Customer Service, Category Management and Operations Departments. As well as MEC customers to understand needs, but also with vendors and POS Procurement to lead new projects.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage POS portfolio, inventory, and obsolete items.
  • Discuss function of existing portfolio with FMM, and sales.
  • Survey sales force (present survey info semiannually).
  • Develop internal processes for justification of new materials to add to POS portfolio.
  • Manage the internal and external brief issued for new projects and, new items on E- Commerce site (images, info, ETA, use) and communicate activities by New POS development thru News- letter and E commerce site.
  • Develop POS look of a leader programs with Brand marketing, POS development and Commercialization Business development team.
  • Supervise and organize POS Steering committee meetings.
  • Work with sales teams on custom needs for specific retailers, attend meetings with customers - projects and Present POS status at Sales and Marketing meetings and conference call routines.
  • Work with Bottlers, IT, graphics, and consultants to upgrade desired changes.
  • Communicate specifications warranty of cold equipment portfolio.

Position Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of experience in Merchandising, Procurement, Marketing/Engineering, Consumer product.
  • More than 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management in FMCG industry.
  • Advance user of Microsoft Office.
  • SAP user, experience in Project Management.
  • Fluent English - Spanish.
