Job Purpose

Take your first step into the Finance role and join our team This is a contract position until 31st of December 2024.

Job Description

In this role you will support and administer tasks like:

• Sets up Cost Control Procedures

• Sets up Budgets and the specific tool to follow the project costs

• Supports in the estimation of Total Forecasts, Quantity / Costs and Expected Outcomes

• Provides support to the Risk Manager to prepare the Quantitative Risk Analysis

• Approves standard commitment control and vendor/ subcontractors invoice

• Prepares change orders / claims, and follows up

• Generates monthly internal Project Management Review (PMR) / external status reports (client reports)

• Develops cash flows on monthly basis

You are meant for this job if:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent, is a must  Relevant working experience is a benefit, but not mandatory Professional English, at least B2 Start immediately and able to work from our Krakow office at least 3 days a week Solid analytical and problem solving skills Establish good relationship and cooperation with colleagues in the project tea
