As a Export Analyst you will be responsible for exporting samples, preparing export documents, monitoring shipments, creating shipments in SAP and scheduling collection with the cargo agents, always analyzing opportunities to improve the process.

Your key responsibilities

Issue all relevant export documentation (e.g.: invoice, packaging,certificates) based on the customer's request. Follow up on OBDs to create shipments in SAP. Carry out quotations with freight agents and transport companies. Create and maintain spreadsheet control of all shipments per year. Present KPIs & participate in improvement projects. Support the areas involved and the team with other related duties, according to the needs requested by leadership.

You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Trade, International Relations, Economics, or related field. Previous work experience with Export process. SAP knowledge. Knowledge with Invoice and Packing list. Advanced English (written and spoken).
