Role Summary:
Responsável pelo suporte para usuários de TI, incluindo computadores, notebooks, smartphones, impressoras, periféricos, suprimentos, coletores, câmeras; Trabalhar em colaboração com a equipe de TI.Responsibilities:
Na função que está prestes a desempenhar, você terá as seguintes responsabilidades:
- Fornecer Suporte e atendimento aos usuários de TI.
- Prestar assistência por telefone, e utilizando um sistema de gestão de chamados.
- Ajudar na instalação, configuração e segurança de dispositivos de TI.
- Resolver problemas de hardware, periféricos e equipamento de TI
- Dar apoio técnico entregando e registrando toda informação necessária.
- Avaliar e resolver incidentes e solicitações de baixa complexidade de acordo com o SLA estabelecido.
- Ser responsável pela prestação de assistência técnica ao cliente na solução de seus incidentes, gerenciando todas as ações necessárias para resolver o problema e obter a satisfação do cliente.
- Diagnosticar e tratar os chamados, realizando o atendimento remoto.
- Tratativas/Direcionamentos dos chamados, quando necessário, monitoramento de interfaces, processos, conexões, integrações.
- Esclarecer dúvidas, prestar orientação técnica e sanar problemas relacionados ao uso dos softwares utilizados nas estações de trabalho, aplicativos, serviços Web, equipamentos e dispositivos de TI em geral.
- Criar uma experiência positiva de apoio ao cliente, assegurando a resolução ou o escalonamento das solicitações, comunicando prontamente o progresso e tratando os clientes com uma atitude profissional
- Trabalhar em colaboração com a equipe de TI.
Requirements:
Para ser bem sucedido nesta função, o candidato precisará das seguintes competências e qualificações:
- Graduação na área de Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas afins.
- Possuir 1 a 2 anos de experiência profissional ou experiência numa função semelhante
- Disponibilidade para se deslocar para o local de trabalho.
