As Marketing Dairy Specialist, you will contribute to the leader of its segment of nutrition solutions. You will have opportunity to engage with stakeholders (farmers, suppliers, technics, consultants), while being responsible for coordinate and promote the dairy nutrition line for all Latam region, through development and overseeing brand strategies, marketing plans, new products, packaging, and promotional programs as assigned and on budget.

Your key responsibilities

Contribute to the growth and effectiveness of the products and services offered by dsm-firmenich in species (dairy specie). Phase in and phase out of products from dairy specie portfolio, coordinating actions with category managers. Ensure that the marketing of the species is aligned with the business and company strategy. Promote actions together with the MarCom team within the species that values the brand and our customers. Monitoring the useful life (LTV) of products in the dairy specie portfolio. Support in the development of new products and definition of a “Go to Market” strategy. Construction of strategies to increase customer adherence to products and services. Support in the preparation of reports and market research of the species.

You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in veterinary medicine, Animal Science, Agronomy, Business Administration or Marketing Advanced English and Spanish desirable Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI Previous experience working with animal nutrition (ruminants nutrition, focused on dairy), marketing, events and related areas.
