Lead QA Engineer - CREQ183552 Description Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as an Automation Engineer or in similar role. 7-10 year of experience in Quality Assurance Testing and minimum of 3 years of experience in Automation Testing. Strong programing skills in language such as Java, or C#. Hands-on experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, Telerik or similar frameworks. Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), testing methodologies and best practices. Ability to design, develop and execute automated test scripts. Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
