⚡ Your Mission as Art and UX/UI Lead:

You'll oversee the creative direction and execution of visually compelling, user-centered designs for millions of gamers. Collaborating with the Head of Product, you'll translate high-level concepts into cohesive, engaging visuals, ensuring alignment across all design elements. We seek a skilled leader in creative alignment, visual storytelling, animation, and sound design to drive impactful and innovative experiences.

You will be working on:

• CSGORoll — the world’s #1 skin gaming site. A community social gaming platform specifically designed for CS2 players, featuring unique in-house custom-built games, such as Roulette, Crash, Unboxing, and PVP.

• HypeDrop — a leading gamified shopping platform, where over 500,000 users experience the excitement of real-time mystery box openings, box battles, and customizable deals. Since 2018, HypeDrop has sold over 150 million boxes, revolutionizing the way people shop and win.
  

You will:

• Lead the design and development of user experiences and interfaces for our gaming platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision and user needs.

• Create and guide the design of visually compelling UI elements and components that are both functional and aesthetically appealing, contributing to a cohesive brand identity.

• Oversee the creation and maintenance of visual assets, including icons, illustrations, UI components, and other design elements, ensuring consistency across the platform.

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from initial wireframes to high-fidelity mockups, setting design standards and best practices for the team.

• Design and develop interactive prototypes that effectively communicate UX flows, UI animations, and the overall user experience.

• Spearhead user research sessions, analyze findings, and iterate on designs based on user feedback, ensuring designs are user-centered and intuitive.

• Own and contribute to the evolution of the design system, ensuring visual consistency across the product and aligning with industry standards and user expectations.

• Create pixel-perfect designs, ready for seamless handoff to developers, ensuring quality and attention to detail.

• Drive design optimization by analyzing user data and feedback to continuously improve existing interfaces and experiences.

• Mentor and collaborate with junior and mid-level designers, sharing expertise in gaming industry best practices and visual design principles.

• Leverage advanced proficiency in design tools like Figma, bringing high-level ideas from leadership into actionable artistic directions with minimal guidance.

• Apply your deep understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and animation to create visually captivating and immersive experiences.

• Incorporate UX research methods to enhance user-centered design and ensure design decisions are backed by insights.

• Understand and integrate sound design into the visual experience, enhancing engagement and immersion.

You will excel in this role if you possess:

• A comprehensive portfolio showcasing both UX thinking and UI craftsmanship, with advanced proficiency in Figma.

• 5+ years of design experience, including a proven track record in a senior or lead visual design role, ideally with experience guiding and aligning design teams to maintain a consistent visual style.

• Strong visual design skills, attention to detail, and expertise in typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

• Advanced skills in visual design and animation, with a focus on creating visually captivating experiences.

• Extensive knowledge of UX research methods, user-centered design, and the ability to implement feedback effectively.

• A strong understanding of sound design and its role in enhancing visual experiences and user engagement.

• The ability to take high-level ideas from product leadership and translate them into actionable artistic directions with minimal guidance.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with a passion for games and digital experiences.

It would be advantageous if you possess:

• Experience with similar products or in the iGaming/gambling entertainment industry, with a strong understanding of gambling mechanics and player psychology.

• Expertise in 3D modeling, motion graphics, or advanced animation techniques to enhance the visual experience.

• A solid understanding of responsive design principles, with basic prototyping and animation skills.

• Familiarity with analytics tools to assess design performance.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.

• Collaborative project management experience, working closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product and engineering) to bring visual designs to life efficiently.
