ABOUT THE JOB

• Select, lead, direct, evaluate, supervise and develop a team of professional engineers and technical managers and technical support staff to ensure that Industrial engineering operations are completed on-time, within budget, and on spec.
• Ensure consistent improvement of processes and implementation of tools that enables quality in the processes and deliveries.
• Ensure that business strategies and high level goals are met.
• Work closely together with and support Engineering management on other E&S Sites.
