We are seeking a  Global Tax Compliance Manager (Brazil and Caribbean Region)  based in Brazil, to be part of a high growth technology and payments company with a solid track record of delivering high value to our customers. Overall, the Tax Compliance teams are responsible for verifying the tax procedure adopted in all countries in which we operate.

As a Tax Manager will be responsible for: Coordinate and lead the Tax Compliance team to ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations; Coordinate and lead external tax advisors and BPOs; Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company's short, medium and long-term financial results; Provide direct support to external and internal tax audits; Guide business decisions with strategic insights into tax issues; Continuously evaluate the best tax scenarios to optimize the company's operations. Main requirements for this position: Degree in accounting, law, or administration; Comprehensive knowledge of tax legislation and regulations, especially regarding Brazilian tax legislation (mainly CIT, Pis&Cofins, IOF and ISS); Skills in CIT Tax Planning; Experience with leadership and team development; Excellent communication and teamwork skills; Advanced knowledge of Excel; Fluent English. Big Four experience; Advanced or fluent Spanish; Knowledge of tax legislation in other Latin American countries; Experience in payment method companies; MBA/Specialization in the tax area; Big Dream; Results Driven; Team player mindset.
