Job Description

The young administrative apprentice is a person who works as an assistant in the administrative sector of a company. This position is part of the “Programa Jovem Aprendiz” created by the Brazilian government to encourage young people with no experience to enter the job market and generate income for people who have difficulty finding professional opportunities.

The responsibilities of a young apprentice include taking care of corporate routines common to different types of business, such as:

Organizing documents Answering phone calls Keeping track of files Helping to prepare spreadsheets. Carrying out other activities inherent in the day-to-day running of any department

Therefore, the young administrative apprentice plays a fundamental role in contributing to the smooth running of the company's operations.

Qualifications

Meet the government requirements to attend the Young Apprentice program. Be eager to learn Some experience with the MS Office Package (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) English would be a plus.
