- Preparar documentação e solicitar aprovação do reconhecimento ROT quando aplicável
- Ser a interface entre area operações e projetos e prver informação bem detalhada aos PM´s para manter alto nivel de impacto aos Top 5 Clientes determinados pela direção LATAM
- Garantir o cumprimento das metas corporativas, controlando que os contratos celebrados com os clientes se cumplen de forma idónea, garantizando la satisfacción del cliente y velando por la rentabilidad financiera de los servicios ofrecidos.
- El CSM Manager tiene responsabilidad con los 10 majores clientes en LATAM (definiição del Líder Serviços LATAM) asegurándose ejecución técnica, comercial, económica y administrativa de los contratos de servicios, cumpliendo con las exigencias contractuales pactadas con cada uno e los clientes y velando por la rentabilidad del negocio sin afectar la eficiencia y calidad de la operación.
- Reporta informes corporativos y informes de gestión del área.
- El CSM Manager trabaja de forma alineada y cercana con los roles regionales y las áreas de apoyo para asegurar que las metas, estrategias y objetivos se lleven a cabo. Se adapta fácilmente a los cambios entiende la cultura organizacional y fortalece su liderazgo a través del desarrollo de sus reportes directos. Tiempo de respuesta ágil y pronta.
