Job Desccription:

Program Management focused on maximizing company’s Profit and Presence through all levers (revenue, cost, quality, etc.). Including markets and production plants in several locations around the world; Execute strategic initiatives utilizing comprehensive, in-depth knowledge, and emerging industry trends (Price/volume, content, customer, cost, localizations, make-or-buy decisions, and profit trends); Provides necessary support and recommendation to Managers and Director; Collects and selects data, conducts analysis, and presents conclusions in strategic forums. Provide information (KPI) for decision making process, for new and current models in NSAM, during vehicle life cycle; Seek ways to improve Region’s business performance with new data driven initiatives; Assure alignment between related functions for all decisions in the scope of its responsibility; Be responsible for vehicle life cycle management for improving profit and market presence; Analyze profit / competitiveness impact due to model year pricing proposal; Tracking vehicle performance (after vehicle launch) on monthly basis. Gathering all proposal data in agreement between functions; Analyze and seek to optimize proposal; Coordinating project schedules and event kick-offs, Cross- functional collaboration towards an optimal proposal, function reply validations, business case judgment, preparation and presentation of executive materials with study results and recommendation – securing execution of final decision. Propose activities to achieve profit and M/S, keeping or improving vehicle competitiveness; Coordinating all functions involved; Analyze competitiveness & Profit impact; Analyzing Profit and Costs reports; Coordinating follow up meetings with functional areas; Challenging the functions to achieve committed results.

Knowledge/Skills:

Analytic Aptitude: Understanding of data analysis techniques to transform complex data into simple, concise recommendations; Negotiation/Influence: Ability to negotiate skillfully in tough situations and win concessions without damaging relationships; Business Acumen: Understands program objectives and takes actions required to align with company’s overall strategy and vision while maintaining creativity and entrepreneurial spirit; Executive Presence: Excellent oral and written communication skills that builds credibility among key stakeholders, including overseas partners; Cross-cultural experience: Close work with foreign stakeholders, including many countries; Specific Knowledge: Program financials, vehicle part cost and feature content, program price/volume market complexities, and program milestone requirements. Ability to deal with ambiguity and develop framework for other functions to follow.

Software Knowledge:

Advanced excel and PowerPoint skills.

Experience:

Experience with Finance or Industrial Monozukuri (carmaker is desirable)

Education:

Bachelor in Business, Economy, Engineering or related areas.

Languages:

Advanced English mandatory

Local:

São Paulo.
