Responsabilidades da posição:
  • Executar o desenvolvimento de sites e landing pages de baixa a média complexidade;
  • Pesquisar tecnologias e linguagens que melhor se adequam aos projetos;
  • Participar de processos de revisão de código e pair programming em conjunto com sua supervisão;
  • Contribuir em todas as fases do desenvolvimento dos projetos (design, build, test, deploy);
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com os times de Experiência (Operação) no processo de adoção de novos padrões, tecnologias ou linguagens;
  • Participar de ritos e reuniões com os times e nossos clientes;
  • Desenvolver e aplicar novas funcionalidades para facilitar processos já existentes;
  • Aprende pelo exemplo e reproduz ativamente novas habilidades em suas atividades diárias;
  • Participa do design de software para recursos e correções de bugs sob supervisão direta;
  • Fortemente focado em aprender a escrever código que seja claro, conciso, testado e facilmente compreendido por outros;
  • Contribui para as atividades da equipe e colabora dentro da equipe para resolver problemas;
  • Entende como seu trabalho impacta os negócios do seu esquadrão;

Requisitos obrigatórios para a posição:
  • Conhecimentos em Javascript, HTML5 e CSS3;
  • Experiência em medir e otimizar o desempenho do front-end;
  • Conhecimentos de problemas de compatibilidade entre navegadores ou dispositivos e a formas de trabalhar em torno deles, juntamente com a concepção de sites para atender aos padrões;
  • Experiência com mobile-first e responsive design;
  • Experiência com CMSs conhecidos do mercado (WordPress, Drupal, etc);
  • Conhecimento intermediário em pelo menos um CRM do mercado (Hubspot, RD Station, Salesforce, etc).
