We operate with Python (Fast API), Go, Typescript, React, React Native, and GCP.

• You thrive in wearing multiple hats within a small team environment, tackling various challenges head-on.
• Ownership and driving feature development are second nature to you; we operate without Product Managers, so engineers take the lead.
• You prioritize outcomes over outputs, ensuring that our efforts align with delivering tangible results.

THE SKILLS YOU'LL BRING

• Proficiency in React (Typescript) with at least 3 years of professional experience. Familiarity with HTML and CSS is also essential.
• Strong design sensibility; as we lack a dedicated designer, you'll be making critical design decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, as you'll interact directly with customers on a daily basis.
• Willingness to engage in backend work; experience with Python and Go is a bonus but not mandatory. We value adaptability and a willingness to learn.
