Partner with the best

As a Procurement Specialist you will manage the buying process for a given set of goods. Apply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets. Understands concepts, methods, procedures and approaches.

As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for:

·Managing BID processes

·Placing and follow-up on POs.

·Managing relationships with suppliers for PO execution

·Managing problems and schedule changes. Updating ERP

·Detecting and signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements

·Handling communication with colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis

·Contributing to project as a team member. Develop new suppliers and develop saving project

To be successful in this role you will:

Desired have Bachelor's degree Experience in Direct Sourcing Experience in procurement Experience in Oracle Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with internal customers and suppliers Have ability to work independently. Good interpersonal and leadership skills. Good experience as teamwork Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems Show an analytical approach to problem-solving, and be motivated and focused on results. Have Advanced English level
