Key job responsibilities
- Learning how to improve success within a business function by analyzing data, discovering and solving real world problems, and building metrics and business cases to improve customer experience.
- Learning from operational, finance, retail and technical teams across the organization to identify opportunities, supporting the development of sound business cases and driving measurements of actions to continuously improve on the inputs and ultimately the outputs of the business
- Learning how to work with large volumes and big data, in a highly complex business
- Learning how to work with business intelligence tools, access and working with big data from multiple sources, and partner with the business to identify strategic opportunities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in mathematics, engineering, statistics, computer science, business or a similar field with a graduation conferral date between December 2025 and December 2027- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel (pivot tables, vlook up, charts)
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Intermediate ability to read, write, and speak in English
- Available to complete a 12-month internship
- Available to work 6 hours a day from Monday to Friday, totaling 30 hours a week, within business hours
