Oportunidade - Principais Responsabilidades

O que você vai fazer:

  • Fornecer subsídios e implementar planos e programas de FP&A, preparando, desenvolvendo e formulando todos os processos relacionados a assuntos financeiros de negócios, informações financeiras internas, avaliação financeira, condições econômicas externas e impacto nas operações de negócios.
  • Pesquise e avalie as condições econômicas externas e seu impacto nas operações comerciais (por exemplo, inflação, taxas de juros, taxas de câmbio, etc.).
  • Entender, analisar e preparar informações financeiras internas (por exemplo, contas de lucros e perdas, receitas, preços, SiT, CPV, Opex, CapEx, ROI, etc.)
  • Liderar o desenvolvimento do orçamento anual e mensais, garantindo precisão e pontualidade.
  • Analise os resultados financeiros, identificando tendências e comunicando os principais direcionadores às partes interessadas.
  • Liderar a equipe de FP&A para realizar as análises de previsão x variação real, incluindo comentários mensais de vendas e P&L sobre fechamentos.
  • Analise os principais Decks, como MOR e reunião mensal de P&L, para garantir que as possíveis variações sejam claramente explicadas e os comentários sejam consistentes.
  • Dar orientação financeira e suporte às unidades de negócios para atingir os objetivos estratégicos.
  • Promover uma comunicação e coordenação eficazes entre FP&, todos os outros departamentos financeiros e outras áreas funcionais, como RH.
  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com os departamentos para antecipar riscos e oportunidades.
  • Participe das revisões dos Mid-Range-Plans reviews.
  • Avaliar oportunidades de investimento e fornecer recomendações para alocação de recursos.
  • Analisar os Business Cases calculados pela equipe de FP&A e garantir não só a viabilidade financeira, mas também o alinhamento com as metas e prioridades do afiliado para avaliar a aprovação.
