Estamos à procura de um desenvolvedor altamente habilidoso e apaixonado por tecnologia para integrar nossa equipe de desenvolvimento. Como  Desenvolvedor Líder voltado a Inteligência Artificial , você trabalhará com tecnologias modernas, incluindo Java e Python, arquitetura baseada em eventos e ferramentas de observabilidade para garantir que nosso sistema seja altamente observável e fácil de depurar.

REQUISITOS TÉCNICOS:

Proficiência em múltiplas linguagens como Java e Python, com forte capacidade de adaptação a novas linguagens conforme necessário;

Inglês avançado (atuará com times internacionais);

Compreensão dos padrões de arquitetura de software, incluindo microsserviços e arquiteturas monolíticas;

Domínio de estruturas e bibliotecas padrão do setor para desenvolvimento eficiente, como Spring MVC;

Experiência em trabalhar com diversos sistemas de banco de dados, incluindo SQL e bancos de dados in-memory;

Proficiência no uso de Git para controle de versão e colaboração com equipes de desenvolvimento;

Forte domínio de metodologias de teste de software, testes automatizados e práticas de garantia de qualidade;

Experiência de trabalho em ambientes Agile com foco em desenvolvimento interativo e colaboração com o cliente;

Grandes habilidades de resolução de problemas e capacidade de trabalhar de forma eficaz em equipes multifuncionais, incluindo comunicação e trabalho em equipe;

Experiência em implementações de soluções envolvendo a ferramenta de Inteligência Artificial.
