Nextly, the #1 Top Software Development Company in Brazil by Clutch is seeking an AI Engineer to join their team of over 60 software engineers, designers, and makers that have been working together for over 10 years. As a top Information Technology and Services provider, Nextly creates scalable tech solutions for companies in North America and Europe. The AI Engineer will work alongside this talented team to develop, implement, and fine-tune LLMs to meet our client's business needs.


Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and fine-tune LLMs to meet business needs.
  • Utilize Hugging Face, LangChain, and other NLP libraries effectively in various NLP tasks / Sentiment analysis.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code.
  • Build robust and scalable APIs for internal and external consumption.
  • Leverage Docker for application development and deployment.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends in NLP and AI.

Requirements

  • Advanced English skills
  • Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and principles.
  • Experience developing AI-based recommendation or matching systems
  • BA or BSc in Computer Science or relevant field
